What is the difference between the Startup and Business plans?
Business adds the custom rules engine to everything in Startup, raises threat detection from basic to advanced, and raises support from standard to priority. Neither plan includes advanced analytics, community access or dedicated support, so those three lines are not what separates them. Startup lists at USD $2,999 per month and Business at USD $4,999 per month, a difference of $2,000 at monthly billing.
What is the difference between the Business and Enterprise plans?
Enterprise adds advanced analytics, community access and dedicated support to everything in Business, and raises threat detection to enterprise-grade and support to 24/7 priority. Those five lines are the whole of the difference; every other row in the comparison table above reads the same for both tiers. Enterprise lists at USD $19,999 per month against USD $4,999 per month for Business.
What is the difference between Enterprise and Premium Enterprise?
Premium Enterprise adds custom in-house implementation, tailored integrations, unlimited API call volume and a dedicated 24/7 support relationship on top of Enterprise, and it is quoted rather than list-priced. Enterprise lists at USD $19,999 per month and already includes enterprise-grade threat detection, the custom rules engine, advanced analytics, community access and dedicated support. What support does each plan include?
Support rises with the plan: Startup gets standard support, Business gets priority support, Enterprise gets 24/7 priority support together with a dedicated support relationship, and Premium Enterprise gets dedicated 24/7 support. Response-time targets are not published on this page. If you need a contractual response commitment rather than a described service level, ask sales for it in writing before you order, because this page does not state one.
What's included in the yearly billing?
When you choose yearly billing, you save 20% compared to the monthly plan. The plan contents are identical either way — the feature list for each tier above applies to both monthly and annual billing. Switching between monthly and annual billing changes only how often you are invoiced, never which capabilities you get. Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed once a year, in advance.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and changes take effect immediately with your billing adjusted accordingly. Because there is no self-service checkout on this site, a change of tier goes through the same sales contact as the original order rather than through an account setting. Tell us which plan you want to move to and we will move you and reissue the invoice.
How do I buy SecureAI Guard?
Every plan starts with a conversation — there is no self-service checkout and no card form on this site today. Use the Talk to Sales button on the plan you want, and the enquiry arrives already tagged with that tier so the reply can be specific to it. SecureAI Guard is in beta, and it is sold through direct contact rather than through a signup flow.
Can I buy SecureAI Guard through a cloud marketplace?
SecureAI Guard is listed on the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace today, and that is the only marketplace listing that is live. The AWS, Azure and Google Cloud listings are still being prepared and no date has been announced for them, so you cannot raise a marketplace purchase order on those three platforms yet. Can I run SecureAI Guard on my own infrastructure?
Yes — SecureAI Guard can be deployed inside your own infrastructure, which keeps processing on a network you control. On-premises deployment does not depend on a cloud marketplace listing and does not require waiting for one: the container image deploys into your own cloud account or your own data centre. What does "Not published" mean in the comparison table?
It means that line is not part of the published plan definition, so this page will not state a value for it. 4 of the cells in the table above are in that state: the included API call volume on the three list-priced plans, and community access on Premium Enterprise.
